Common questions
Is it actually free?
Yes. One full sprint week, no invoice, no procurement loop, no automatic conversion to a paid engagement. We absorb the cost because we know we win on week 2.
What if the pilot deliverable is proprietary?
We sign your NDA before kickoff. The source code is yours under your IP. Default is no exclusivity, no minimum commitment, no automatic extension.
What if we want to continue after week 1?
We extend on commercial terms — typically a multi-week sprint commitment at half the rate of a comparable Western boutique. You decide; nothing extends automatically.
What if week 1 doesn't convince us?
You keep the working software and the source code we shipped, under your IP. We part ways. No invoice arrives. We do not chase.
Are slots really limited?
Yes. We run a small number of free pilots per quarter — typically 3 to 5. Once the quarter's slots are full, the offer pauses until next quarter. First come, first served.
Where do the engineers actually work from?
Our delivery teams are in the EU and non-HK Asia — chosen because those locations have unrestricted access to the latest AI models. You contract with our Hong Kong entity; engineers work where the AI works best.
