Use Stripe's secure billing portal to update payment details, download invoices, or cancel renewal. Stripe sends a one-time code to the billing email.

Add licenses to an existing subscription

Sign in with the Stripe billing email, choose an existing subscription, then add the products currently in your cart. New licenses keep the existing renewal date; Stripe shows and charges the prorated amount before the change is applied.

We send a short-lived code and do not reveal whether an email is registered.

What happens after checkout?

  1. Stripe confirms the subscription and sends the receipt.
  2. Purchased entitlements appear in AI Admin Console, where an owner can assign them to apps, people, servers and gateways.
  3. A custom license key is still issued for every purchased item. Manual key entry remains fully supported for offline, air-gapped, support and exceptional deployments.
