Direct Store purchases and recognised marketplace subscriptions.
Marketplace purchase? Microsoft Store, Google Play and Apple subscriptions remain managed by the marketplace account that made the purchase. Direct Store billing opens in Stripe.
Account security
Passkeys use your device PIN, fingerprint, face or security key. Software Tailor never receives that biometric or your private key.
Registration details
Privacy and deletion
Request erasure of your Software Tailor account and registration data. Active subscriptions must be cancelled first. We retain transaction records only where tax, fraud-prevention or legal obligations require it.
