Everything in one app
AI Suite bundles the apps you'd otherwise install one by one and puts them behind a single side menu. Chatbot, AI Assistant and AI Reasoning for conversations; Translate and Rewrite for text; Notepad and PDF Reader for documents; Image Generation, Image Tool, Voice Generation and Dictation for media. Each one is the same purpose-built app we ship on its own — not a cut-down copy — and they all live in the same window. Open the Home page, pick a tool, and start; switch to another whenever you like without launching anything new.
The engine is built in
Unlike the thin AI Client, which pairs with a separate AI Server, AI Suite runs the local AI engine itself. There's nothing else to install or manage: download the app, pick a model, and everything runs on your own machine. A model downloads once on first use and is then shared across every app in the suite — download it in Chatbot and Translate can use it too — so you're not fetching the same weights over and over. Once a local model is on your machine, the apps work offline.
Each app stays its own
A suite is only useful if the apps don't step on each other. In AI Suite, model choice and history are independent per app. Set a large model for Chatbot and a fast one for Translate, and changing one never disturbs the other. Each app keeps its own private history, so your translations and your chats and your rewrites don't bleed together. It behaves exactly as it would if each app were installed separately — you just get them all in one place.
Private, and on your device
With a local model, your prompts, documents and results stay on your device. Everything the apps save is stored encrypted at rest, keyed to your device, under a shared data root that survives an uninstall — so switching from a standalone app into the suite (or back) doesn't lose your work. Telemetry is opt-in and content-free: never your prompts, your text or your file names. Cloud providers are available when you want extra power, but they're optional and clearly marked. It's the same on-premises, privacy-first principle behind everything Software Tailor builds [1].
Free, with one Pro for the whole suite
Here's the important part: every bundled app gets a capable on-device model for free, with no time limit and no nag screens. You can chat, translate, rewrite, take notes, read PDFs and more without paying anything.
A single AI Suite Pro subscription unlocks the premium models and Pro features across all the apps at once — larger local models, cloud providers, and each app's power features. One subscription, the whole suite, available as Personal or Commercial depending on how you use it. Pro is a low monthly or annual subscription.
Where it runs
AI Suite is available now on the Microsoft Store for Windows as a free download, with Pro available when you want larger models, cloud providers or each app's Pro features [2]. Prefer your apps as separate installs, or need to run the engine on a shared server for a team? Every app in the suite is also available on its own, and the thin AI Client pairs with a self-hostable AI Server. Editions of AI Suite for macOS, Linux and mobile are planned — not yet available.
