AI Admin Console is the management app for an organisation's IT administrators. Enrolling an AI Server connects it to the organisation: the server appears on the console's Servers page, and — when telemetry consent allows it — reports a content-free summary of its policy posture (region, retention, moderation and lifecycle settings). Enrollment needs AI Server Commercial.
Enrol
- In AI Admin Console, open Servers → Issue enrollment token. The token can be used once.
- On the server:
- Windows app: Enrol with organisation, paste the token, optionally a display name, and choose Enrol.
- Command line:
aisuite-server-cli enroll --token <token> --name "Head office server".
The token is exchanged for a long-lived server credential stored in credentials/org-enrollment.json in the data folder.
What enrollment sends
- The server's display name, product and version.
- Content-free posture and usage counts, only when telemetry consent and the region policy allow it.
Never prompts, answers, file names, API keys or user identities. Enrollment does not give the console control over the server, and the server keeps serving if the console is unreachable.
Leave an organisation
Choose Clear local enrollment in the app (or delete credentials/org-enrollment.json) and restart the server. Remove it from the console's Servers page too.
Questions
Is AI Admin Console the same as the AI Server app? +
No. The AI Server app manages one server. AI Admin Console manages an organisation's members, licences, policies and servers.
