What AI Suite is for
AI Suite is Software Tailor's private AI platform for organisations that cannot send their data to public cloud AI providers. It pairs on-premises infrastructure — AI Server, AI Client, and AI Admin Console — with account-connected desktop apps — AI Email Client, AI Calendar, and AI Meeting Assistant — so your team can use AI directly inside the email, calendar, and meeting tools they already work in, while your data stays under your control.
How AI Suite uses your Google account
If you choose to connect a Google account, AI Suite signs you in with Google using OAuth and requests only the access needed to power the feature you are using:
- AI Email Client connects to Gmail (over IMAP and SMTP) so you can read, search, organise, draft, and send your email with AI assistance.
- AI Calendar and AI Meeting Assistant connect to Google Calendar to view and create events and to prepare and organise your meeting notes.
How your Google data is handled
- Your email and calendar data is processed on your own device and, where configured, on your organisation's on-premises AI Server. It is never sold, never shared with third parties for their own use, and never used to train advertising profiles or general-purpose AI models.
- AI Suite's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can disconnect your Google account at any time from within the app, and you can revoke AI Suite's access from your Google Account permissions page.
